Specialist Support Coordinator/Counsellor
Anna has over 14 years of experience across the disability and mental health sectors. As a Specialist Support Coordinator, she supports people with complex and psychosocial needs to navigate the NDIS, access the right supports, and achieve meaningful outcomes through advocacy, collaboration, and person-centred planning.
Anna is also a Level 4 Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), providing trauma-informed therapy to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other life challenges. Her therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, CBT, and person-centred therapy.
Anna is known for her warm, collaborative, and client-centred approach, integrating practical support coordination with therapeutic insight to help individuals feel empowered, supported and equipped to move forward.

Specialist Support Coordinator
Dani brings a wealth of experience across the disability and employment sectors, complemented by a Diploma of Counselling. As a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), she combines professional knowledge with a genuine passion for supporting people to navigate the NDIS, access the right services, and achieve outcomes that are meaningful to them.
As both a parent and carer of children with disabilities, Dani brings valuable lived experience to her role. She understands first-hand the complexities of navigating supports, advocating for loved ones, and balancing the everyday challenges that many families face.
Known for her warm, approachable nature, Dani takes the time to build genuine relationships with participants and those around them. She believes that trust is the foundation of effective support and is committed to helping people build confidence, strengthen their independence and feel empowered to make informed decisions about their lives.

Support Coordinator
Cassie brings over five years of experience in the disability sector, combining a strong understanding of the NDIS with a genuine passion for supporting people to achieve meaningful outcomes. Having worked across participant coordination, employment pathways, quality assurance and compliance, she understands the importance of delivering supports that are both person-centred and practical.
Known for her calm, approachable nature and collaborative style, Cassie works alongside participants, families and service providers to navigate the complexities of the NDIS with confidence. She takes the time to understand each person's individual circumstances, helping them overcome barriers, strengthen their support networks and work towards their goals in a way that reflects what matters most to them.
Cassie is passionate about empowering people through knowledge, advocacy and consistent support. Her experience across both frontline participant support and quality improvement gives her a well-rounded perspective, allowing her to coordinate services with professionalism, compassion and attention to detail while helping participants build greater independence and lasting positive outcomes.

Support Coordinator
Anna brings both professional and lived experience to her role as a Support Coordinator. With a background in both Plan Management and Support Coordination, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the NDIS and enjoys helping participants and families navigate what can often feel like a complex and overwhelming system.
As a mother of two boys with additional needs, Anna understands the realities of coordinating appointments, advocating for services, and balancing the day-to-day challenges that many families experience. This perspective allows her to approach her work with empathy, authenticity, and a practical understanding of what makes support truly effective.
Anna is recognised for her approachable nature, clear communication, and ability to bring people together to achieve positive outcomes. She enjoys working collaboratively with participants, families, and providers to develop practical solutions, remove barriers and ensure supports continue to evolve alongside each person's changing needs.

Administration & Compliance Officer
Aleena brings her experience in healthcare, organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure that Mindbridge meets the highest standards of safety and care. She has optimised administrative processes to help everything run smoothly and implemented compliance strategies that ensure we strictly adhere to NDIS standards.
As someone passionate about person-centred care with an empathetic approach, Aleena helps in safeguarding our organisation's integrity while supporting our philosophy to deliver an exceptional participant-centred service. She understands that administration and compliance are not just about paperwork, but protecting people’s safety and rights.
Aleena loves working in a dog-friendly office and enjoys spending time with her own or anyone else’s dog!
